my attempt of opah's curry but...

Woke up at eleven didn't mean that i promptly get myself ready to face the day. No i didn't. This 3 month is going to be mine. So i cuddle with my comel a bit, check instagram, text message and facebook. No i don't fancy Facebook as much as i fancy instagram now. tehee. And i got 2 text message from YB Gelong Bilal after waiting so long last night i fell asleep. So annoying la u get yourself busy when i'm all idle and got yourself idle when i was busy with exams. Whatever. Then my stomach rings, okay what should i cook today. I wanted to eat something other than rice. I browse the net and came up with mee kari! yummay. But wait, i don't think we have any mee kuning and i am so lazy to go find one. So i settled the curry first.

Talking bout curry, let me tell u this. Opah's curry is the best curry ever! The chicken curry and beef curry, eat with kicap manis cap kipas udang wa cakap lu, menangis babeeee! The Fish curry, i don't fancy curry kapla where ever u said sedap, please go to 308 Gong Kapas. Tehhee..

Since Opah is Opah. The strict opah ever since i'm here in this world, she always insisted me to learn cooking. She always said, 

"belajo tinggi mane pn org puang ni, akhir skali kena masuk dapur jugok. Mu tengok ibu mu tu. Duk opeh (office) sapa 5,6 petang pn balik kene masok jugok," 

and when the naughty side of me came out, i answered, 

" kalu gitu, dakyoh blajo pandai2 la pah. Last skali kena masok jugok," and she started raising her voice, 

"ho ramaaa ah gitu. blajo panda ke dok panda ke memang kene masok. Baik panda blajo panda masok pade panda masok saje. Hey budok2 ni, asal buleh jawab, jawab." Lol.

Okay. I missed this moment.

The problem is, it's not that i don't want to learn. It's just that i'm too lazy to prepare all those stuff before cooking. Koyok bawang lah defrost ayam lah yadda yadda. What more after the cooking. Abih la kuku ai. Puihhh!. kikiki.

But somehow i know i would have to do all that for my husband and children, yet long way to go! :p

Okay so this is my attempt of curry opah but i did it different way because i already blended the onion when i remembered opah only mayang the bawang. So it taste a bit different. More practice should improve my curry.

Remember i said, we didn't have any mee kuning in stock? so this is how it goes.

Penne curry!

No boiled egg because i don't like having it with curry, no Green veges coz no stock at home. No tauge because lazy to go find one. kah kah kah.
